Applications for 2022 WILD Program are OPEN
Twenty women joined the inaugural cohort of the WILD program 2019. What's that you ask? The Women in Leadership Development (WILD) Program is a six-month leadership and career accelerator program designed to support the development of future female STEM leaders and growing Australia’s STEM economy.
The WILD Program™ will run once per year over a six-month period, with up to 25 participants across Australia accepted into the program annually.w
We know that there can be barriers to women gaining senior leadership positions and company directorships. The WILD (Women in Leadership Development) program is aimed at early to mid-career women in the Victorian STEM sector and aims to build qualifications, skills and confidence. This will better position women like Jane to obtain competitive senior STEM positions, pursue successful careers and to help get more women on STEM boards. The 2019 program included the highly sought after Australian Institute of Company Directors course, a two-day leadership skills course and then a third component of mentoring along with real world experience.
